The WestMark brand is known and recognized as a local, professional, and trusted name in real estate. WestMark, Realtors® was established in 1981. Our beginnings were based on exceptional service to our clients and expertise in deal design to get properties SOLD! These founding principles continue to guide our company today.

1. PRICE Your Home Right

A WestMark agent will provide you with a detailed MARKET ANALYSIS of your home's value at no cost or obligation. Your agent will also help you evaluate your home's CONDITION AND AMENITIES and how these features should be factored into your projected sales price.

With this information, you can price your home to meet your OBJECTIVES.

A SOLID MARKETING PLAN, targeted media exposure, and taking advantage of our powerful network of local and out-of-town buyers provides you with the WESTMARK ADVANTAGE.

As an affiliate of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, WestMark has the resources to market your home to the HIGHEST AUDIENCE of potential buyers — strong local plus additional global exposure.

4. NEGOTIATING Offers and CLOSING the Sale

Negotiation is the key. It involves everything from the sales price to concessions and financing.

Your WestMark agent will help you negotiate the BEST POSSIBLE PRICE AND TERMS. If the offer is not acceptable to you, further negotiations may be necessary to reach terms that are agreeable. The contract terms, down payment required, inspections, contingency dates and other aspects of the transaction are part of this process.

Throughout the transaction, your agent will work with you to closely MONITOR THE PROGRESS to make certain that deadlines are met, closing is scheduled, and all parties sign the necessary paperwork. Title to the property is transferred from you to the buyer.
