Clients:
Simply Decedent Bakery - Alison assisted me in finding a location for my retail bakery. She worked diligently to meet all of the requirements that come with opening a foodservice establishment in Lubbock, including the required grease trap, kitchen drains and all of the necessary hookups for a commercial kitchen. Not only did the city require a long list of items, but I also had a list of things that I needed as well. Including the prime location, ideal price and a well established shopping center that would attract the clientele that I desired to reach. Even with all of these specific needs and wants she was able to find the perfect location for me to start a new business that continues to grow each day.
