Certifications, Recognitions, Designations: Nita holds membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, the North Texas CCIM Chapter and has served many years on the RCA-TAR Governing Council and Professional Stands Committee.
Personal: Nita is a partner at WestMark, a member of the Management Team and director of the Commercial Division. She believes in serving her community and profession and has been President and Chairman of the Board of the Lubbock Association of Realtors®, has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors®, has been President of the Texas Chapter of Real Estate Brokerage Council. She has served 12 years on the Board and two years as President of the Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation. In the community, Nita served several terms as Chair of the Educational Leadership Team at Hope Lutheran Church and School. Other areas of service include Lubbock Economic Council, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, City of Lubbock Advisory Committees, Chamber of Commerce, United Way, currently serving on Advisory Council of Success by Six program and on the Board of Directors of Lubbock Area Foundation. She and husband Ernie have three grown children and six grandchildren.
