Tim has been in the Real Estate business since 1984! He is recognized as one of the top salesmen in the city with over 1,400 homes sold totaling over $175,000,000. He has not only achieved his Broker license, but also his CRB, CRS, GRI, Certified Residential Relocation Specialist, and ABR designations, along with his degree from Texas Tech University.
Tim was elected "REALTOR® OF THE YEAR" in 1991 for Lubbock and has served as Secretary, Treasurer, President Elect, President and Chairman of the Board of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®. Tim also served two years as Regional Representative for the Texas Association of REALTORS®, sitting with 22 other REALTORS® on the Executive Committee who oversee over 75,000 REALTORS® statewide. He has two daughters, Tiffany and Baylee.
